Jason N. Thomas is a partner and one of the founders of Carnahan Thomas. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Thomas was licensed in 1994 and formed Carnahan Thomas in 2003 with partner, Michael Carnahan. His specialty is personal injury law, although he has practiced and is experienced in other areas as well.

Mr. Thomas helped to formulate the mission that defines Carnahan Thomas. They strive to provide clients with honest, ethical and compassionate services, and work to achieve optimal outcomes. For his work done in the state, Mr. Thomas has been named a Texas Super Lawyer, and has tried over 75 cases to a jury during his career to date.

In addition to personal injury, Mr. Thomas also practices property damage, contract disputes, business disputes, automobile liability, insurance bad faith, premises liability, trucking litigation and other general negligence litigation. Mr. Thomas is an active member of the law community, has served on boards and is a member of several organizations.
